Our photography process is simple… if you want GREAT ACTION PHOTOGRAPHY of your individual player or entire team playing at Cooperstown All Star Village then you must register to be photographed.
We only focus our attention on the players or teams who want action photos. Simply put, this allows us to deliver more photos and better memories!

Glossy Finish is the Official Photographer of Ripken Baseball and other prestigious national youth sporting organizations. If you have played at The Ripken Experience in OH, SC, TN, or participated in the All-Ripken Games, you have more than likely seen us.

This package is for the team that loves photos and wants a great memory of their time at The Cooperstown All Star Village. It includes three (3) full games of coverage.
Photos are delivered to an online gallery where you can easily select them to share, print and enjoy. Your photos will all be high resolution and unwatermarked. You can also add custom posters that are printed on-site and ready to take home with you!

Order this if your team is not interested in a team package, but you want us to capture and deliver some amazing photos of your player to commemorate their experience at The Cooperstown All Star Village! We guarantee two (2) games of coverage so you have a wide variety of photos of your player.
You can then view and add all the digital action photos of your player to your album to share, print and enjoy for years to come! Your player’s photos will all be high resolution and unwatermarked. You can also add custom posters that are printed on-site and ready to take home with you!

All teams are required to be photographed during check-in day. Each player will be photographed individually and we’ll design an oversized (8″ x 24″) custom team photo and player portrait for you to view, purchase, and take home with you! These are available for $40/each and require a minimum of eight.

We offer both an individual and a team action package.
The INDIVIDUAL ACTION PACKAGE guarantees you coverage of your player for two (2) full games. You will get hundreds of photos of your player captured. You will need to view and add the photos of your player to your album and then we will send you all the high-resolution digital copies to print, share, and enjoy!
The TEAM ACTION PACKAGE guarantees your team three (3) full games of coverage and then all the action photos are sent to you in high-resolution digital copies for you to print, share and enjoy! You will get thousands of photos from the three games we cover.
Use the form here on the page to register your player. Spots are limited, so it is first come, first serve. Make sure you select the correct week you will be playing when registering. If you register for the wrong week we may be sold out before you arrive and we can not guarantee you or your team a spot.
Yes, and here’s why. We view team photo packages as complete coverage of the three games we photograph. Our photographers will be assigned to those games and will photograph the entire team and all players. We do this because we have seen too much regret from those families and they inherently wish they had photos of their player. We can’t go back in time, so we choose to photograph the three games as if everyone participated. That said, the families who choose not to participate will not have access to download the photos.
We do not take random photos at any game because focusing on those players or teams that want action photography allows us to capture more photos and create better memories for those families that want it.
Nothing really. Once we have your registration you will receive an email receipt and a text thanking you for registering. When you arrive for your event come to our Photo Store located in the main village area to check-in with us. We will give you an orange band that your player will wear around their cleat during games and a VIP Lanyard for you to wear at the games. Both of these items help us identify you as our customers. It’s that simple!
No, and here’s why. We plan on taking LOTS of photos at all three of the games we will photograph for your team. You should really have plenty to enjoy. If your player is a pitcher and does not pitch in one of those games, you can contact us on-site and we will make sure to come out to another game to grab a few pitching photos.
Yes! During the team check-in day we photograph every player individually in our photo studio and then composite a beautiful oversized (8” x 24”) team photo print that is available for purchase. We also offer individual player photos too. These are only available on-site as a print for you to take home!
The team photo and player portrait are available as prints on-site during your week. You can order and take them home with you! Digital copies of the team photo are only available IF every player pictured purchases a printed team photo. The digital file of the team photo will be sent to the Team Administrator or person who handled the team order.
Yes! We will have a couple of our photographers taking photos throughout the day and any photos we take of your team or player are available for you to add to your package at no extra cost. We cannot guarantee that your team or player will be photographed at those events, but if we do capture them please feel free to add and enjoy those photos too!
The honest answer is no. A lot of what is photographed is based on player position and how much play time they get. We unfortunately can’t control this. If a player is a pitcher, catcher, and infielder, who also plays the entire game, they will inevitably get more photos than a player who gets minimal play time and is an outfielder. We will try hard to make sure all players get sufficient photos and we look forward to working with you to tell our staff what may be missing or needed before all three games are photographed. Hence, you will be able to view and add photos from each game to your personal album shortly after the game concludes. Make sure to do this and communicate with us as to what player needs more photos.
Great question and we have an awesome solution. When you check in with us at the tournament tell us your player is a pitcher and we will give you a ‘hotline card’ with a direct phone number to our staff that you will call when your player is on the mound. We will then dispatch a photographer who will come and capture some amazing pitching photos for you. You can then add these to your album to enjoy at no extra cost! The hotline is available until 9PM EST during pool and bracket play games.
This is super easy and convenient! After each game we photograph of your player or team we will send you a text message with a link. Simply click the link or go to casvphotos.com to log in with your mobile number. Find your game and start adding the photos you want.
Yes, you are able to bring your camera and take photos from inside the parent dugout and throughout the complex. No cameras are allowed on the field or inside the player dugout for liability reasons. Our Glossy Finish photographers have exclusive access to the field and dugouts so they can capture those special moments and memories for you.
No, this is not allowed as per our agreement with CASV. We really hope you use our photography service as we promise to work hard and deliver great memories for you.
